Shield is an ISV (IBM Software Vendor), and has been for many years. We create software solutions for the IBM i platform that are used around the world. Our solutions are different, in that they are developed in C and not the usual RPG you see mentioned to often.
We do not ‘sell’ products at the Expo events. We are there to demonstrate our support for the IBM i industry, and to bring a different aspect to the education arena. We feel that RPG is not the only way. Shield’s solutions are simple to use and maintain with constantly updated code and features.
