One of the problems we see a lot of is how do customers identify the IBM processor group they are running on for their particular system. This can cause us and the customers a lot of headaches as they get the information from the system we need to be able to scour the IBM documentation that finally gives us the actual Processor group. However the Processor group is stored with existing license information so we have provided a download on the blog which will allow the customer to run a simple command that will print out the information required (PRTKEYINF).
